Paul Nesseth Barrister & Solicitor is a sole-practitioner civil litigation firm based in Windsor, Ontario. Nesseth was called to the Ontario Bar in 1980 and has practiced from the Ouellette Avenue corridor in downtown Windsor for the entire time since, more than four decades. The practice covers civil litigation and personal injury, employment and labour law, family law, human rights complaints, wills and estates, and real estate.

Nesseth appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has argued before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Federal Court of Canada, Trial Division, as well as the Ontario and Federal Labour Relations Boards. Motor vehicle accident and medical malpractice claims sit alongside wrongful dismissal cases, workplace human rights complaints, family law files, and estate planning and administration work. Nesseth is a former Sessions Instructor at the Ontario Bar Admission Course and served as counsel to affected individuals before the Krever Commission's Inquiry into the Canadian Blood System, a role that has continued to shape how the firm approaches complex institutional matters.
