Patrizia Garland obtained her LLB from Queen Mary University of London in 2018, received her Certificate of Accreditation from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada in 2019, and was called to the Alberta bar in 2020. She joined Frohlich Rollins Schwab in 2020 and became a partner in the firm in 2026. Garland negotiates settlements and drafts agreements and orders relating to parenting, child and spousal support, and property division, and represents clients in the Alberta Court of Justice and the Court of King's Bench when a matter can't be resolved by consent. She sits on the Canadian Bar Association's Family Law North Executive Team and helps organize the Family Law A-Fair, which introduces law students to Edmonton's family law bar.
