About Patrick

Patrick Murray practises mainly business and insolvency law and secured transactions, advising companies, shareholders and directors on purchases and sales, incorporation, shareholder agreements, tax reorganization and disputed tax claims, and helps businesses through insolvency proceedings. He has developed expertise in franchising, licensing, lease negotiation and files before the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, and joined the firm in 2014.
