About Jean

Jean Girard practises tax and estate planning, corporate law, trusts, business purchase-sale and transfer, and estate settlement, regularly drafting trust wills, U.S.-asset wills, shareholder agreements and shared-premium insurance conventions. He has taught taxation and corporate law at the École du Barreau du Québec for over 20 years, chaired the Institut québécois de planification financière in 2004-2005, and joined the firm in 2014.
