Patrick J. Delisle graduated from the Université de Montréal in 2001 and has practised civil and family litigation as well as professional discipline law since his admission to the Barreau du Québec. His work with established Montreal-area firms led him to build a litigation and negotiation practice across numerous judicial districts, and he was part of the legal team behind what he describes as Canada's largest claim involving spousal and business-association rights. His civil litigation work has included cases resulting in cost provisions and punitive and compensatory damages for fraud or abuse of rights, as well as complex judgment-enforcement matters. In professional discipline law, he has represented professionals, business people, artists, organizations and companies, and has helped professionals obtain the training needed to pursue contested professional applications. Delisle practises from Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville and serves clients across every judicial district in Quebec, and he provides pro bono legal consulting to Réseau secours animal, a no-kill animal shelter. He practises and pleads in both French and English.
