About Pascal

Pascal Girard practises mainly real estate law, including co-ownership, boundary disputes, agricultural and municipal zoning, latent defects and construction issues, servitudes, civil liability and agricultural/fisheries product marketing. He began his career as a research lawyer for Quebec Court of Appeal judges and has taught research and civil procedure at Collège Bart; he pleads before all levels of Quebec courts up to the Supreme Court of Canada.
