About Lisa

Lisa Barabé has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2005 and has practiced primarily in business law and general transactional law since 2006. She handles commercial transactions, business acquisitions, tax reorganizations and shareholder agreements, and also works in secured financing, including personal and real property security. She incorporates companies and non-profit organizations for clients and has developed particular expertise serving dental professionals, including negotiating commercial leases, purchase agreements and fee-sharing arrangements. She became an associate lawyer in 2015 and now serves as vice-president of the firm and director of its corporate and transactional law department, and is also responsible for the firm's protection of personal information.
