About Pascal

Pascal Bergeron advises financial institutions and business people on financing, corporate organization, and purchase-and-sale transactions, combining legal and management knowledge. Originally from Saint-Hyacinthe, he has strong experience in corporate law, transactions, and business financing, handling matters such as corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, business purchases and sales, incorporations, and asset and share purchases. Bergeron served on the board of Laura Lémerveil from 2011 to 2024, including as president from 2020 to 2024, and has chaired the École Cap-Soleil (Charlesbourg) establishment committee since 2025.
