About Louis

Trudelle joined Gagné Letarte in 1987 and specialized in business law from the start of his practice. He has strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, corporate reorganization, and intellectual property, along with extensive experience drafting commercial contracts and advising on cooperative law. He has acted as legal counsel on a wide range of transactions involving both small and medium-sized businesses and multinationals, mainly in the transportation, manufacturing, and services sectors, including numerous business succession transactions. He taught at the École du Barreau de Québec from 2008 to 2009.
