About Pascal

Pascal A. Pelletier founded the firm in 2009 (originally Pelletier & Cie Avocats inc.) and now practises as a partner. He graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2003, and focuses on professional and disciplinary law as well as civil, commercial and administrative litigation. He previously practised at McCarthy Tétrault and another national firm, handling civil and commercial litigation, professional liability, and real estate disputes. He also served as legal counsel to the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, including acting as prosecutor in cases of illegal practice of the profession. He regularly appears before the Tribunal des professions, the Superior Court and the Court of Appeal of Quebec, and advises clients on regulatory matters before bodies including the Chambre de la sécurité financière and the Tribunal administratif des marchés financiers.
