About Olivia
Olivia joined Stockwoods as an associate in 2022 after her call to the bar. She clerked at the Ontario Divisional Court and Superior Court of Justice, assisting judges with civil, criminal, and administrative matters, and had previously summered at a Toronto litigation boutique. She holds a J.D. from the University of Toronto, where she competed in the Gale Cup Moot and the Grand Moot and held the co-editor-in-chief role at the Journal of Law & Equality. She also volunteered with Downtown Legal Services on employment and academic appeal matters. Before law school, she earned a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Studies from Queen's University. Her litigation experience spans constitutional challenges, defamation claims, police complaint reviews, and criminal appeals, and she has appeared as counsel before the Supreme Court of Canada. She's a member of the Advocates' Society.
