About Norika

Norika Takacs-Rehm is an associate at Roper Greyell practising in employment and labour law with a focus on WorkSafeBC compensation and occupational health and safety matters. She has led files at the WorkSafeBC Review Division and Workers Compensation Appeal Tribunal on workplace injury claims, prohibited action complaints, and administrative penalties, and represents clients in civil claims and labour arbitrations. She holds a BA in Psychology and a JD, both from UBC, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 2020.
