About Noella

Noella practises in labour and employment law, regulatory and administrative law, and municipal and litigation matters, and has represented employers at labour board hearings, arbitrations and all levels of court. She has acted as chief spokesperson in collective bargaining and served on interest arbitration boards, and has argued minority language education rights cases, including before the Supreme Court of Canada. Noella is recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada for administrative and public law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Industrial Relations, and a Bachelor of Law from Mount Allison, Queen's and Dalhousie universities respectively, and chaired the Pictou Academy Educational Foundation.
