About Nishjot

Nishjot Sidhu is an incoming associate at ALG Lawyers practising family law. She supports clients through high-stakes and emotionally complex matters with a steady, practical, resolution-focused approach. Before joining the firm she completed her articles with the British Columbia Lottery Corporation and gained further litigation experience through a secondment at Hunter Litigation Chambers, and she worked with the Thompson Rivers University Legal Clinic. Earlier experience as a summer student and legal assistant gave her exposure to family law, civil litigation, personal injury, and wills and estates. She is the founder of Dasvandh and Bhangra City, both rooted in service, leadership and cultural connection in the Lower Mainland.
