About Nicole

Nicole M. Maragna is a partner in Bianchi Presta's Construction Law and Litigation groups, called to the Ontario bar in 2015. Based in Vaughan, she acts for owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and consultants across York Region and the GTA in disputes over liens, trust claims, bond actions, debt recovery, and construction deficiencies. She also advises clients on contract review and negotiation before disputes arise and helps resolve issues through early, structured negotiation. Beyond construction matters, Nicole handles civil and commercial litigation involving contract disputes and debt claims, appearing before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and various tribunals. She holds an LL.B. from the University of Kent and a B.A. from York University.
