About Nick
Nick Soulliere practises corporate and commercial law at Kirwin Partners, after completing his articles with the firm in 2016. Born and raised in Windsor, he completed both his undergraduate business degree and his law degree at the University of Windsor. His corporate practice focuses on business acquisitions and dispositions, incorporations, shareholder matters, and corporate reorganizations. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
