About Nicholas

Nicholas Todd joined Pettit and Company in February 2023 as an articled student after graduating from Thompson Rivers University in 2022 with a Juris Doctor, and was called to the BC bar in June 2024. He now practices as an associate chiefly in insurance defence, family law, and strata law. During law school he helped lead development of the Gladue Submissions Assistant, an access-to-justice app that helps criminal defence lawyers prepare Gladue submissions for Indigenous clients, which won the Iron Tech Lawyer Invitational Competition in 2022. He previously completed a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of Victoria.
