About Neil

Neil Wiberg, KC has practised criminal law for close to 40 years, including as a former Crown prosecutor in Alberta and BC. He has worked on more than 80 murder cases, along with matters involving sexual assault, drugs, impaired driving causing death, and dangerous driving causing death. He has been a guest speaker on negotiations at Thompson Rivers University's Faculty of Law and was appointed Queen's Counsel in Alberta in 2006. He joined Nicola Law Group as an associate lawyer.
