About Sam

Sam Dabner advises local governments on governance, bylaws, land use and development, statutory interpretation, and real property matters from Fulton & Company's Kamloops office. His practice also includes corporate and commercial transactions and real estate work such as acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and land title matters. Born and raised in Kamloops, he was previously a member of the Law Society of the Northwest Territories and remains active with the Kamloops Bar Association and the Local Government Management Association of British Columbia.
