About Neil
Neil Dzuba practised at a labour and employment law boutique before joining Emond Harnden, gaining exposure to both public and private sector matters with an emphasis on construction labour relations. He has significant experience with employment and labour law matters in both sectors, with a particular focus on labour tribunal proceedings, and serves as an employer nominee on tripartite panels. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Labour Studies from McMaster University, a Master of Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto, and an LL.B. and B.C.L. in civil law from McGill University. He was called to the bar in 2007 and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association.
