Nathalie Charbonneau has practised law since 1994, focusing on general civil law, civil and professional liability, personal injury, latent defects, commercial leases, condominium law, contracts, and extraordinary remedies such as seizures and injunctions. She has been an accredited mediator and arbitrator in civil and commercial law since 1999. She pleads before all levels of Quebec's courts and has argued a matter before the Supreme Court of Canada.
