About Namrata

Namrata Sood Joshi is the founder of NSJ Law Offices, a Mississauga family law firm. She was called to the bar in India in 2009 and spent a decade practising law in New Delhi, appearing before tribunals, the Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India. After relocating to Canada, she completed her articles in Ontario and was licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. She now practises family law across Ontario, handling parenting and decision-making disputes, parenting time, child and spousal support, restraining orders, and divorce, including cases where a spouse is located outside Canada.
