About Nadine

Nadine Chalati is the owner and founder of Chalati Lawyer. Chalati practises mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, real estate, and finance, advising businesses on drafting and negotiating contracts, buying and selling businesses, commercial leases, corporate reorganizations, and financing. Chalati also assists not-for-profits and charities with obtaining charity status and municipal tax exemptions, and has worked with clients across industries including pharmacies, medical clinics, financial services, religious institutions, and retail. Chalati holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Juris Doctor (J.D.), and a Master of Laws (LL.M.), all from the Université de Montréal, and studied European Union and advanced business law at Sciences Po Aix in France. Chalati was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2016, was admitted to the Law Society of Ontario in 2022, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. Chalati was named to the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Canada for corporate law and won the RBC Women of Influence Canadian Women Entrepreneur Award in 2020. Chalati practises in English, French, and Arabic.
