About Nader

Nader Ben Aissa is a corporate lawyer specializing in corporate structuring, debt and equity financing, business acquisitions and divestitures, and commercial transactions. He advises businesses in the energy, technology, agricultural, cannabis, and construction sectors. Nader earned his Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2013, after completing three of four years toward a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science there, and was admitted to the Law Society of Alberta in 2015. He serves as a director and chair of the compensation committee for High Tide Inc. (TSX: HITI.V) and has volunteered with Pro Bono Law Alberta and Access Pro Bono.
