Nima was born and raised in Victoria and attended the University of Victoria before earning his law degree at James Cook University in Australia. He joined McConnan Bion O'Connor & Peterson in 2016 and built a solicitor practice focused on real estate law and construction law, drawing on hands-on experience working with trades, engineers, and home owners. He has served as a director of the Downtown Victoria Business Association, Island Community Mental Health, and the Urban Development Institute's Capital Regional Advisory Committee.
