Moussa Taoubi has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2017, after nearly 30 years working in the legal field and earning several postgraduate law degrees. Moussa Taoubi holds a licence en droit civil obtained in Morocco in 1999, followed by further studies in France including a diplôme d'université (2002), a diplôme d'études approfondies in comparative law (2003), a diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées in maritime and port law (2004), and a doctorate in law in the maritime and port field (2010). Moussa Taoubi completed a certificat de droit at the Université de Montréal in 2015 before being admitted to the Barreau du Québec. Moussa Taoubi is an experienced litigator practising in family, civil, commercial and immigration law, and has appeared before courts of general jurisdiction, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.
