Monique Sassi is a partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency Group focusing on international and domestic corporate restructurings. She has expertise in insolvency proceedings in the retail, oil and gas, and renewable energy sectors and has advised on corporate reorganizations and enforcement of creditor remedies. She holds a J.D. from the University of Windsor (2012) and a B.Comm. from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa (2009).
