About Monica

Monica Dosanjh practises family law, advising on divorce, child and spousal support, custody and guardianship, parenting time, division of assets, and marriage and cohabitation agreements, and has represented clients in the Provincial and Supreme Courts of British Columbia. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Leadership from Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2007, then earned a Juris Doctor with Honours from Bond University in Australia in 2013. She was called to the British Columbia bar two years later and has practised in the Lower Mainland since. She is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Trial Lawyers Association of BC.
