About Mitchell
Mitchell (Mitch) MacLean is an associate specializing in corporate and commercial law. He began as a summer student in 2019 at a top-tier Toronto firm, where he articled and started his career, gaining experience in mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate reorganizations, and commercial transactions before joining Pearsall Marshall LLP in 2022.
