Mireille Leblanc graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke's Faculté de Droit in 2002 and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2003. She has built her career around criminal law and youth law, representing individuals facing criminal charges as well as young people navigating the youth justice system, and she also practises youth protection law. She has developed particular expertise in mental health matters, accompanying clients before the administrative tribunal for mental health disorders. She founded Cabinet Leblanc & associés in 2008 and became an associate of Leblanc & Dingman avocats in 2024. She has been a member of the Association Québécoise des Avocats et Avocates de la Défense since 2006, including as section representative from 2010 to 2022.
