About Marie-Claude

Marie-Claude Leblanc has practised law since 1992. She began her notarial career in L'Île-Bizard and, over time, built a client base extending into the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region. Leblanc joined Dunton Rainville in 2022 to offer her expertise to clients in Montreal while continuing, with her team, to serve clients in the west end of the island of Montreal. Known for professionalism and efficiency, Leblanc is also recognized for her interpersonal qualities, empathy, rigor, sense of ethics, integrity, and community involvement. She has in-depth knowledge of residential and commercial real estate law as well as personal rights law, and she advises clients through major life events including property purchases and sales, mortgage financing, marriages and unions, estate planning, and the drafting of wills, protection mandates, and testamentary trusts. Her expertise also extends to matters affecting relatives who are losing autonomy, in vulnerable situations, or incapacitated, as well as estates of deceased relatives. For business clients, she participates in corporate restructuring and financing. Leblanc practises at Dunton Rainville's Montreal office as well as its satellite office in Île-Bizard, in Montreal's West Island. She holds a diploma in notarial law from the Université de Sherbrooke and is accredited by the Chambre des notaires du Québec for non-contentious tutorship and curatorship procedures.
