About Mindy
Mindy Caterina is the founder and principal of MRC Law and a former federal prosecutor. She represents clients appealing criminal convictions to the Court of Appeal for Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, and handles judicial reviews of professional discipline and administrative decisions. Before founding MRC Law she litigated tax matters for the federal Department of Justice and worked at two boutique defence firms in Toronto.
