About Mikkel

Mikkel Arnston is a partner at Reynolds Mirth Richards & Farmer LLP whose clients range from companies to individual property owners. Trained as a mechanical engineer, he works closely with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in the construction sector on matters spanning builders' liens, arbitration and contract review, alongside a varied civil litigation practice covering collection disputes and contract drafting. Mikkel has a particular interest in rural property disputes stemming from ties to his family farm, assisting property owners with issues from adverse possession to trespass, and also maintains a small adult guardianship and trusteeship practice. He earned his BSc and JD from the University of Alberta and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 2015, having clerked at the Court of Appeal before completing his articles at the firm.
