About Michèle

Michèle Tétreault is a family law lawyer practising in Châteauguay and across the greater Montreal area, including the South Shore, Laval, the North Shore, and the Laurentians. She completed her law studies at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2003 and began her career at Montreal firms, including Hendy Greenberg, Arnault Thibault Cléroux Avocats, and Therrien Couture Joli-Cœur, before establishing her own practice. She focuses exclusively on family law, handling divorce, separation, parenting time, child and spousal support, and property division matters, and regularly appears before Quebec courts at trial and on appeal. She has taught at the École du Barreau and served as an arbitrator of lawyers' fee disputes, and was formerly a member of the liaison committee between the judiciary and the family law bar at the Superior Court. She has also been involved with the Fondation Anna-Laberge and the Fondation Carrefour pour Elle, which supports women affected by domestic violence.
