About Mélissa

Mélissa Dubreuil has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2020 and studied law at the Université de Montréal. She began her career at a boutique firm on Montréal's South Shore, where she gained broad experience in civil, commercial and family law and regularly appeared before the Cour supérieure and the Cour du Québec. Dubreuil has also taught Techniques juridiques since 2015, after working for several years as a legal technician. Her practice covers civil liability, professional liability, personal injury, debt recovery, hidden defects and neighbour disputes; commercial matters including incorporation, contract drafting and shareholder disputes; and family law matters such as divorce, child custody, support and division of family property.
