About Michael

Michael Crozier, KC, joined Bryan & Company as a student in 1973 and has practised continually with the firm since, now serving as counsel with more than 50 years of experience in corporate, family business, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters. He was legal counsel to the Edmonton Investors Group when it purchased the Edmonton Oilers in 1998 and served for many years as counsel to The Brick Warehouse Corporation. Mike earned a Bachelor of Education from the University of Alberta in 1970 and his LL.B. from the same university in 1973, and was called to the Alberta bar in 1974, receiving King's Counsel in 1999. He is listed by The Best Lawyers in Canada for mergers and acquisitions law and has been designated a leading lawyer by Lexpert.
