About Michael
Michael T. Semeniuk was raised in Mindemoya, Ontario. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice from Laurentian University in Sudbury, then worked for several years at the E.B. Eddy/Domtar pulp and paper mill in Espanola before pursuing his legal education in Michigan. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 2003, completing a co-op term in his final year with the Sudbury firm Marcuccio, Buttazzoni. He began his career at Miller, Maki LLP in Sudbury, first as an articling student and then as an associate after being called to the Bar of Ontario in 2006. He opened his own law office in Mindemoya in the fall of 2014, where he now serves clients across Manitoulin Island and the North Shore.
