About Michael

Michael J. Peraya is a lawyer at Harbourview Law Group and a former partner of a national law firm, where he practised commercial and construction litigation for over 16 years. He advises and represents clients on contractual disputes, creditors' rights, construction matters, and enforcement proceedings at both the trial and appellate level. Michael was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2008, holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario (2007) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University (2004).
