Siavash Shekarian is a Canadian lawyer, entrepreneur, and policy advocate who advises startups, scaling companies, investors, and internationally mobile founders on business law, corporate structuring, and business immigration to Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering and a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto, and chairs the Business Immigration Committee at the Canadian Immigration Lawyers Association.
