About Miao
Miao He (何淼) is the principal lawyer of H. Law Firm in Markham, Ontario, holding law licences in both Ontario and China. She obtained her Chinese lawyer licence in 2009 and has practised as a litigator focused on family law for more than 15 years, regularly appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice. She holds an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School, is a Certified Mediator in Ontario, and has served as an expert witness on PRC family law and matrimonial property matters in Ontario court proceedings. She is a Notary Public and a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Advocates' Society, the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the York Region Law Association.
