H. Law Firm is a family law practice in Markham, Ontario, run by principal lawyer Miao He (何淼). Miao He holds law licences in both Ontario and China, having been called to the China Bar in 2009 before earning an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School and moving into Ontario practice. The firm has focused on family law litigation for more than 15 years, with regular appearances in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Justice, including the Newmarket courthouse that hears family matters for Markham and Richmond Hill residents.

Miao He also works as an expert witness on Chinese family law and matrimonial property matters in Ontario court proceedings, a role that draws on that dual legal training.
