About Melanie
Melanie Williams' practice covers corporate and personal tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and mergers and acquisitions. She earned her Juris Doctor with Distinction, an MBA and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Alberta, and before joining Felesky Flynn LLP clerked at the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and practised at a prominent Western Canadian firm. She received several academic awards, including the Felesky Flynn LLP Scholarship in Taxation Law, and was a member of the Alberta Law Review. Before law school, she worked as a Contracts Administrator for a North American construction company. She was called to the Alberta bar in 2024.
