About Mehdi

Mehdi Ben Miled is a member of the Barreau du Québec, admitted in 2022, practising immigration law together with civil and commercial litigation and business law. His immigration work covers permanent residence applications (Arrima, Express Entry, and the Provincial Nominee Program), citizenship, family sponsorship, work and study permits, and temporary resident visas. His litigation and business practice includes construction and real estate matters, condominium disputes, defamation, corporate incorporation, shareholder disputes, and mergers and acquisitions. He began his legal studies in France, earning a Licence en droit from Université Paris-Cité and a Maîtrise en droit bancaire et financier from the Faculté Libre de Droit et d'économie-gestion in Paris. He later moved to Canada, where he completed an LL.M. in business law, a Certificat en droit du Québec, and an LL.M. in comparative common law at the Université de Montréal. He articled with the Barreau du Québec, during which he practised criminal law, and speaks English, French, and Arabic.
