About Meena
Meena Dhillon (she/her) is a lawyer at MD Law Corporation. She is a Canadian-born Punjabi Sikh child of immigrants and has practised law for more than 14 years. Her practice focuses on dispute resolution and collaborative family law, children's law, child welfare matters, and wills and estates. She is a co-founder, past chair, and the Managing Lawyer of the South Asian Legal Clinic of BC, the first ethno-linguistic legal clinic in the province. A former social worker and supervisor with the Ministry of Children and Family Development, she is an accredited family law mediator and a roster member of the Child and Youth Legal Centre, representing children directly in family law proceedings. She also works as a parenting coordinator, helping parents resolve disputes outside of court.
