About Maxime

Ouellette has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2006 and practises civil law, including general civil matters, insurance, and class actions, family law (matrimonial and youth), and business law. Where an amicable settlement cannot be reached, he represents clients before all provincial courts and tribunals, including administrative tribunals, the Court of Québec, the Superior Court, and the Court of Appeal. He also advises a client base of entrepreneurs on significant business decisions, including litigation, reorganizations, sales of businesses, and other decisions with legal implications.
