About Joon

Joon Avoyne completed a college diploma in legal techniques before studying law at the Université Laval Faculty of Law. She has been a member of the Barreau du Québec since March 2023 and joined the firm as a lawyer after completing a six-month articling term there. During her studies she volunteered with the Bureau d'information juridique, providing legal information to the public, and won the award for best appellant tandem at the Université Laval law faculty's Coupe de la Doyenne moot competition. Joon Avoyne practices in a range of areas, including general civil law, housing law, and criminal and penal law, representing both individuals and businesses.
