About Maxime

Maxime Laflamme-Leblond has practised divided co-ownership and real estate law since 2015 and joined LJT in 2020, advising and representing co-ownership unions and co-owners on regulations, resolutions and civil disputes, including short-term rental and cannabis issues. He is accredited as a civil and commercial arbitrator, co-wrote a book on co-ownership charges with Yves Papineau, and teaches co-ownership law at Cégep de Saint-Laurent.
