About Mauro

Mauro D'Agostino is a partner at Reeves Richarz LLP whose career has centred on accident benefit arbitrations and litigation, along with bodily injury claims arising from motor vehicle and non-vehicle accidents. He also defends insurers in property and casualty coverage disputes, including priority, loss transfer, and subrogation matters, and has appeared at private arbitrations, the former Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and Superior Court proceedings. He earned an Honours BA in political science from York University before attending Osgoode Hall Law School, during which he worked as duty counsel and as a prosecutor for the Ministry of the Attorney General. Mauro was called to the Ontario Bar in 2002 and belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Defence Research Institute, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and The Advocates' Society.
