About Matthew

Matthew Wawryk was born and raised in Saskatoon and provides legal services in business law, wills and estates, civil litigation, and real estate. He regularly advises business clients on incorporations, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, and commercial leasing, and his litigation experience includes construction disputes and builders' liens. He has spent his entire legal career with Cuelenaere LLP and is active with the Canadian Bar Association and the Saskatoon Trial Lawyers Association.
