Matthew R. Voell is a Vancouver barrister and solicitor who acts for clients on public law matters, including disputes involving local government, boards of variance, and administrative, constitutional, and human rights issues. He maintains an active general litigation practice covering commercial agreement disputes, real estate development, and strata law matters. His recent court decisions include successful defences of municipal decisions and bylaws, judicial reviews, and a wrongful dismissal claim, argued before the BC Court of Appeal and the BC Supreme Court.
